Bumble off the highway into the real Indian jungle, towering giants almost devoured by vines, a mess of green, blue, brown and birdsongs ----Part of the mystical Western Ghats ! Once off the main road and away from the populous villages, the vast wilderness just absorbs you.

500 acres of pristine undisturbed private land surrounded by the Wayanad wildlife sanctuary, this is a cardamom, coffee, pepper and vanilla estate, most of which the forest has claimed back.

The place has 5 rooms in all. Lot of effort and personal attention has been put in to create this simple but beautiful living space. The rooms are cozy, comfortable with little hints of luxury and pleasant views of the forest hills. The bathrooms are large and one of them has a floor to ceiling glass window with a stunning view. Food is served at the gazebo by the stream or outside the main house under the sky.

You will eat well here! The food is simple, delicious and fresh. Expect some traditional Kerala recipes, finger licking experience!

Stroll undisturbed around the grounds or attempt one of the stunning walks to waterfalls or to the many peaks. Local guide will accompany you just in case you get lost or bump into one of the natives here.

It is impossible to rush here; just pause and take a deep breath and what good air it is! Absolutely spectacular! 

Detailed Tariff :

Rs 2850 per person.

This will include 1 breakfast by the stream, 1 lunch, 1 dinner, tea and coffee.
Welcome drink, snacks around bon-fire, trek to water falls.

The above tariffs also include pick-up from Talapoya (Mass nursery).
No extra charge for guides accompanying on treks in the property.
For sight seeing trips outside the property a minimum charge of
Rs 250 for half day/ Rs 500 for full day will be charged per guide
we can arrange vehicle for local sightseeing. This will charged at actual.
