There are 650 acres of lush green coffee plantation around the cottages and distant mountain views through a million shades of green. With the River Hemavathy and its backwater caressing the feet of this property; it is far away from civilization.

The family has lived here for generations and has done lovely things to set up this comfortable simple and private place. The four cottages are colorfully designed reflecting the four elements of nature. Chandra, Surya, Prithvi, Jala. All is simple, in good and imaginative taste. The family is delightful company, kind and friendly. They live separately but are always on hand to help with walks to the river, age-old bridges around the property, coffee plantation.

There are wonderful little private spaces to pass out on the machans, lake and the open to air lounge area/bar attached with great views of the setting sun. Food is served here cooked on bio-gas fuel. Food is simple and tasteful, mostly local flavour. Special requests will be catered to.

All in all it is a fine place to which to retreat, perhaps with a group of friends and family.
