" A wilderness experience on water. This overnight trip is a fully supported trip on the huge expanse of the Supa Reservoir. The reservoir is surrounded by some of the densest tropical forest in the Western Ghats . Relax overnight at a remote forest department anti poaching camp and take in the most silent star filled skies available anywhere. The water is warm and friendly"

Day 1

8.30 am Arrive at Londa Junction Railway station or at Magazine House Forest Camp. Have breakfast at Station canteen or at Magazine House.

9.30 am Board vehicles to start drive to the Supa backwaters.

10.30 am Arrive at the waters edge and receive a full and thorough briefing. This will involve paddle training and safety awareness as well as some tips on the water and a plan of the intended route. Loading of support boat with both group and personal baggage.

11.30 am Start the paddle out towards our overnight destination. The route on the water will depend on the weather/water conditions, paddling ability and also previous experience. If conditions are suitable several detours can be taken to places of interest on the forest fringes around the reservoir.

2.00 pm Lunch stop. This may be done on route to the camp or if things are moving at a good speed then maybe at the camp itself. It is also possible that this can be done on the water aboard the support craft. It will be a cold packed picnic. Always tasty, healthy and plentiful.

2.30 pm Continue the paddle to our camp destination.

3.30 pm Reach camp, moor the boats, unload the support craft and set up tents. Everyone expected to help out here.

3.30 to 6.00 pm Depending on the time a small trek into the forest can be taken. Alternately a spot of fishing, Frisbee or just relax and take it in. There are possibilities of viewing wildlife at certain beaches nearby at this time of the evening. A good idea to bring binoculars with you if you own a pair.

6.00 to 8.30 pm Prepare dinner. The more help we get the quicker you eat. The dinner is centered around the barbeque. You will be amazed at what can actually be barbecued. Veg or Non-veg. After dinner guests should wash there own eating plate and cutlery. The rest we will take care of.

9.30 pm Retire for a good nights sleep after the camp fire.
